A garden room changes how you use your home. A quiet office, a studio, a snug, a place for guests. I draw and build each one to suit the space and how you'll live in it.

Most become offices, studios, gyms, snugs or guest space. It's your room. Tell me the use and I'll draw it around that.

How much does a garden room cost?

Size, spec and finish all change the price, so each one is quoted. The Workbench gives you a guide as you design, and I'll give you an honest figure once I understand what you're after.

Do I need planning permission?

Many garden rooms fall under permitted development, but it depends on size and siting. I'll point you in the right direction.
