The basics of how commissions work.

Quotes and orders
Quotes are free and given without obligation. An order is confirmed once we've agreed the spec and price. Prices on this site and in the Workbench are indicative for the standard build until I confirm your quote.
Made to order
Everything is handmade to order. Because each piece is built for you, lead times are estimates and I'll keep you updated. Natural timber varies in grain and tone. That's part of its character, not a fault.
Delivery and installation
I deliver and install across Cornwall. I'll agree a delivery window with you in advance and need reasonable access to the spot where it's going.
Care and longevity
Your piece is built from heavy-duty tanalised timber to last outdoors. I'll give you simple care guidance to keep it at its best.
